1. ACCOUNT ACCESS & ELIGIBILITY

3. ORDERS & CUSTOM ITEM POLICY


When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. SeviHome reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Your order is only confirmed once payment is processed and acceptance is notified.

Please carefully check all order details before submission, as changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins.

IMPORTANT CUSTOM ITEM TERMS:


All custom furniture is made exclusively to your confirmed specifications, dimensions, materials, colours, and design requirements. Due to their highly personalised and unique nature, custom products cannot be resold or reused.

Once production commences, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted for custom orders.

Issues arising from your own errors, omissions, or changes of mind regarding confirmed details are your sole responsibility. We may provide reasonable support to complete installation where possible, but this does not include refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If a custom product is defective due to our manufacturing error (not including design input, customer misuse, or accidental damage), we will assess written notice and supporting evidence (photos/videos) and may offer repair or remanufacturing at our discretion. Refunds and returns will still not be approved.

Your purchases are for personal or domestic use only, not for commercial resale or unauthorised export.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT


Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price applied will be the price in effect at the time you place your order, as confirmed in your order email.

Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, duties, and customs fees.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information and to update details such as expiry dates as needed. You warrant that you are authorised to use any payment method provided and that all charges will be honoured by your financial institution.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY


Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

All content on this website – including trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, designs, and layouts – is the property of SeviHome, its licensors, or Shopify where indicated, and is protected under Australian and international intellectual property laws.

8. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY


SeviHome uses Shopify to operate our store, but all sales contracts are solely between you and SeviHome. Shopify is not a party to transactions, product warranties, or disputes arising from your purchase. You release Shopify from all claims related to your orders and use of this store.

9. PRIVACY
