All quotations from SeviHome cover material costs only, and do not include installation services, shipping or delivery charges, or any taxes.

Customers may select either of the following logistics options:
- If the customer has their own freight forwarder or logistics partner, they may arrange pickup directly. We will assist with cargo handover and will not charge any additional logistics fees.
- If the customer requires us to arrange transportation, we will provide a separate, itemised logistics quote based on the order details and delivery location.

If the customer needs help sourcing a logistics provider, we may offer referrals. All communication, pricing, and arrangements shall be made directly between the customer and the selected logistics provider.
