Q: How to provide measurement and quotation?
A: Generally, the client provides the measured dimensions, and we can offer auxiliary measurement based on the dimensions provided by the client. If the client has a large number of measurement items, we can arrange a designer to conduct on-site measurement after the order is confirmed.
Q: Is the design service free?
A: We provide free design, layout planning and 3D renderings for confirmed orders.
2. Quotation & Cost
Q: How is the price calculated?
A: The quotation is calculated based on the selected board material and product size; hardware and other products purchased separately by the client are priced independently.
Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: Our quotation is fully transparent with no hidden costs.
3. Materials & Environmental Protection
Q: What materials do you use?
A: We use European standard E0-grade eco-friendly boards, and their formaldehyde emission meets international safety standards.
Q: Are the materials safe for home use?
A: All materials are safe, non-toxic and suitable for bedrooms, living rooms and other home spaces.
4. Production Cycle
Q: How long is the production cycle?
A: The regular production cycle is 20-30 working days after design confirmation.
Q: Can I modify the design during production?
A: Major design modifications are not allowed after production starts.
5. Logistics & Installation
Q: Do you provide logistics and installation services?
A: Logistics and installation arrangements are the client's responsibility. We do not provide relevant services.
Q: How to arrange logistics?
A: Logistics arrangement is the client's responsibility. If you need us to provide logistics services, we will quote the logistics fee separately and charge independently.
Q: Can I choose the delivery time?
A: If we provide logistics services, we will arrange the delivery time according to your needs; if you arrange logistics independently, you can determine the delivery time by yourself.
Q: Do you provide installation services?
A: We do not provide installation services. You need to arrange the installation by yourself, and we can provide relevant guidance if you have questions.
Q: How long does the installation take?
A: The installation progress depends on the installer selected by the client; for simple orders, the installation usually takes 1-3 days.
6. Warranty & After-Sales
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: We provide a lifetime warranty for the furniture itself. The warranty period for hardware is subject to the manufacturer's regulations of the selected hardware.
Q: Who will bear the cost of product damage?
A: We will bear the cost of product damage caused by factory craftsmanship defects or transportation issues; the client shall bear the cost of damage caused by their own reasons.
Q: How to apply for after-sales service?
A: Please contact your exclusive designer and provide relevant photos of the issue. We will respond promptly and arrange after-sales processing.
7. Customization Scope
Q: What furniture can you customize?
A: We can customize wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, TV cabinets, vanities, storage cabinets and other household furniture, as well as built-in furniture.
Q: Can you customize according to my home decoration style?
A: Yes, we can customize the color, texture and style of the furniture according to your home decoration style.
