All custom products at sevihome are exclusively manufactured in accordance with the specific requirements, preferences and design plans provided by the customer. Due to their personalized and unique nature, custom products cannot be resold or reused once produced. Therefore, no returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted for custom orders once the order is confirmed and production commences.

Prior to placing a custom order, the customer shall carefully review and confirm all customization details, including but not limited to product dimensions, materials, colors, design drawings and other relevant specifications. sevihome will strictly follow the details confirmed by the customer during production. Any issues arising from the customer’s own errors, omissions or subsequent dissatisfaction with confirmed customization details shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. We may provide production support to assist the customer in completing product installation, but shall not offer returns or refunds.

In the event that a custom product has obvious quality defects due to sevihome’s manufacturing issues (excluding man-made damage and design errors), the customer must provide valid evidence (such as photos or videos) upon discovering damage or quality issues during installation after receipt of goods. We will verify the situation and provide appropriate after-sales solutions including repair or remanufacture, but shall not accept returns or refunds.

The customer’s placement of a custom product order constitutes acknowledgment that they have read, understood and agreed to all terms of this disclaimer. sevihome shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to the customer’s failure to read or misunderstanding of these terms.
